Erica Greve, MSW
President & Founder
Erica Greve, MSW is the President and Founder of Unlikely Heroes. Erica graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley in 2008 and has worked with youth and young adults nationwide for over ten years. Erica’s vision is to see every child who has been sold for sex in America rescued, provided with safe housing, rehabilitated, and restored.
Erica has dedicated her life to see the lives of at-risk children protected and improved nationwide. She began her career in social services in Redding, California where she managed a transitional housing program for foster youth and then went on to manage an in-patient alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility. Erica also worked in the San Francisco Bay Area with a Mobile Crisis unit and interned at a children's hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was through her work at the children's hospital that she first came into contact with victims of child sex trafficking and helped to provide services for them.
Erica loves to build and develop team and heads up vision, direction, mission, logistics and fundraising for Unlikely Heroes. Along with developing and overseeing Unlikely Heroes, Erica is also a popular conference speaker and regularly speaks at conferences and youth conferences around the world.
